GI-Behavior Correlation Diary

Track gut symptoms alongside behavior to find patterns

GI-Behavior Correlation Diary

46-84% of autistic children have GI problems, and gut distress often correlates directly with behavioral flare-ups. Use this diary for 2 weeks to identify patterns your doctor may not ask about.

Pattern Recognition

Look for patterns: Do high-irritability days follow constipation or diarrhea days? Does bloating predict next-day behavioral rigidity? These patterns guide intervention.
