Product Swap Priority List

Prioritized product swaps to reduce your family's daily toxic exposure

How to Use This

How to Use This: Scan the priority list from top to bottom. Start with Priority 1 (water) and work down. You only need to swap items as they run out — no need to throw everything away today. The Quick Wins checklist at the bottom has free changes you can make right now.

Swap the products you use most frequently first. Daily-contact items drive the majority of your family's chemical exposure.
