1. Program Overview

By joining the Avaneuro Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to promote Avaneuro's evidence-based child neurodevelopment courses in exchange for commission on qualifying sales.

2. Commission

• Default commission: 25% per completed, non-refunded sale
• Custom rates may be offered at Avaneuro's discretion
• Commissions are held for 30 days before payout. If an order is refunded during this period, the commission is not paid out
• Payouts are processed monthly by LemonSqueezy

3. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates MUST:

• Represent Avaneuro's content accurately and honestly
• Only share claims that are substantiated by the course content

Affiliates MUST NOT:

• Make specific medical diagnoses, treatment promises, or guarantee outcomes
• Claim Avaneuro replaces professional medical advice
• Use misleading testimonials or fabricated results
• Create content that could be interpreted as medical advice

4. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use Avaneuro's name and approved promotional materials. Affiliates may not modify Avaneuro's logo, create derivative branding, or imply official endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.

5. Attribution

• 30-day cookie window, last-click attribution

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Avaneuro reserves the right to withhold commissions earned through violations of these terms. Pending commissions on valid, non-refunded sales will still be paid out after the standard hold period.

7. Liability

Avaneuro is an educational platform, not a medical provider. Affiliates acknowledge this and agree not to position the product as medical treatment. Avaneuro is not liable for claims made by affiliates that violate these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Avaneuro may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
