By accessing or using Avaneuro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Avaneuro is an educational platform providing research-based information about child neurodevelopment. The Service includes:

• 30 educational modules covering developmental stages
• Personalized learning paths based on intake assessments
• Progress tracking and note-taking features
• Evidence libraries with research citations
• Quizzes and self-assessments
• Certificates of completion

IMPORTANT: Avaneuro provides educational content only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The content on Avaneuro is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Always seek the advice of your physician, pediatrician, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding your child's health or development.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on Avaneuro. If you think your child may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

5.1 Subscription Plans

Avaneuro offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions provide access to all 40 modules and additional features. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice.

5.2 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial periods (see Refund Policy)
• Your progress and notes are retained

5.4 Free Trial

We may offer free trials for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

6.1 Our Content

All content on Avaneuro, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Avaneuro or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Share your account credentials

6.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of notes and content you create on Avaneuro. By creating content, you grant us a license to store and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our content

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The content will be accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any results or outcomes will be achieved by following our content

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVANEURO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or inability to access
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any conduct or content of third parties

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avaneuro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
